Questions: Your chapter 13 bankrupcy case was dismissed due to plan was not filed on time?

Answer: You can file a motion for rehearing. (You should use an attorney for that) Or normally you have the option of refiling the case.

You did not say where you filed your case. Some jurisdictions will not allow a motion for reconsideration unless certain circumstances exist. Also, courts in the Orlando division of the Middle District of Florida issue an injunction period against refiling depending on the circumstances. It is worth it to you to invest in a local attorney in your jurisdiction. Good luck.
