Is Reposession After Discharge Permissable?
In Chapter 7 Bankruptcy can a creditor whose debt was not reaffirmed reposess an item after the debtor is discharged by the court? If so is there any time limit?

Re: Is Reposession After Discharge Permissable?
Normally, no, unless there was a lien which was not affected by the bankruptcy, or the debt was not discharged.
You should talk with a lawyer who can go over all the facts of your particular situation.
If you can't afford a lawyer, ask Legal Aid for help. Most bar associations also have a panel of lawyers will to work for a reduced fee.
Good luck!
