Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
retainment fee,refund?
i recently retained a n attorneys service,but with no paperwork or signature.i decided not to pursue legal problem or overlapsed time,my question is can i ask for a refund of $250.00 from attorney?is this my legal right?i mailed several letters but no reply.

Did you have an interview with the attorney? You probably spent upwards of an hour of time. The fee is probably earned.. But you do have the right to an accounting and a refundof money if any is unearned and in accordance with the retainer.
