Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I have a 20 year old bankruptcy and I know it is no longer on my credit report. If asked on an employment questionnaire �have you ever filed bankruptcy before� is it okay to answer No or should I answer Yes?

Florida law and Federal bankruptcy law does not allow you to lie on an employment application just because a bankruptcy filing no longer shows on your credit.
