Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
On schedule F does the account number have to be listed. I don't have the account numbers and a lot of my creditors are collections for the same account that got sold or sent to other collection agencies. I have listed every address from my credit report in the matrix, but do I have to list all of them on schedule F? Those who have been sold or referred to collection will have duplicate amounts if I fill it out like that.

The account number should be listed, but it isn't mandatory. You may need to get a new copy of your credit reports at annualcreditreport.com to get the account numbers. You should list the original creditor. Listing a collection agency is not enough, although you are permitted to list a collection agency for "notice only" purposes. If you list collection agencies as "notice only," it won't show as a duplicate amount.
