Selling a house after Bankruptcy

My boyfriend is trying to sell his house after filing chapter 13 bankruptcy. It is my understanding that we need to take it before the judge with appropriate documents for approval to sell it. I need to know where to obtain these forms, and if I can find them on line. Also any other information you can provide regarding this situation would be very helpful.

I have not seen any website online that has a "motion to sell real property" depending on what bankruptcy court (meaning in what part of the state) and what bankruptcy judge court approval is not always needed.
