Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I am currently seperated from my husband. We have been self employed for many years and are in financial trouble. Do I have to be divorced before I file bankruptcy or can I file on my own now?

You can file separately. We and other law firms routinely file cases in which only one of the married couple files, or where they file separate cases.
