Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I have a signed note from a friend with an amount of money he owes to me, will he be bound to repay me or will it be included in his bankruptcy?

If he files bankruptcy, it depends on the basis for the note, but it will almost certainly be discharged (erased) in bankruptcy.
