co signer on loan
I'm filling bankruptcy on a loan that i'm the primery signer on and my wife is a cosigner on. Will they go after her for payment? And if so, how can I prevent this during my filling?

Yes they will go after her for payment. In a chapter 13 you can have the collection against your wife stayed during the pendancy of the case. In a chapter 7 they can go after her.
