Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Small claims judgement after filing chapter 7

On October 1st I met the lawyer for a credit card at the courthouse for a ''pre-trial''. I informed him that I was filing Chapter 7 end of the month. He told me that as--name removed--as I did within 30 days that there shouldn't be any problems. I signed his paperwork and we went on our way. I filed on 10/31. I received in the mail 12/6 a ''Small Claims Final Judgment'' for the credit card companys money, court cost and attorny's fees.

What does this mean and what should I do ?

Thank you

If you are reprented in the bkc by counsel, take it to him if not be sure to have the creditor listed in your schedules and that the judgment be specifically part of your discharge.
