Can small severance and withdrawal of 401k be used to make payments to trustee (and for cost of living) in a Chap 13? Don't wish to convert to a 7. Early retirement offered at work.

Can small severance and withdrawal of 401k be used to make payments to trustee Yes, any regular and steady source of income ca be used for payments under chapter 13 plan.
