Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
my son lost job in FL. He has moved to DE and found a job. His wife and children still live in house in Fl. not making payments.(She refuses to move here and refuses to work) Should they let it go to foreclosure or do bankruptsy? He is paying other household bills presently
