I just started a business with 3 other partners I own 20%. It is a building supply company in Florida.
I'm trying to short sale 2 houses that I own that are in forclosure. Among other problems in 08
my salary 200,000. 2009 salary 63,000 Will I be able to file bankruptcy being a owner in a new business?

Being an owner in a business does not prevent yuo from filing bankruptcy
