Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
In the state of Florida - if I file bankruptcy can I include alimony payments -

Alimony payments cannot be included in a bankruptcy under any state law (as bankruptcy falls under federal law). Child support payments (and pretty much any payments ordered by a court of law) also fall under this umbrella.
