Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
In the state of Florida is your income tax refund part of your bankruptcy? After all it is taxes they took out of my wages the prior year. I am asking because I have a friend who lives in Ohio, and she filed bankruptcy and they never touched her income tax, but here in Florida the Trustee told me when I filed that it was his(my income tax from the previous year)
