Do Stock Market losses disqualify one filing for Bankruptcy?
I am considering fileing for bankruptcy due to over-extended credit. Most of the money was lost due to stock market trading. How would this affect my fileing for Bankruptcy?

Not at all. Of course prior to filing a complete review of your assets and liabilities must be completed. At such a consultation the apropriate bankruptcy chapters will be reviewed and we can determine that which is best for you. I suggest you call me at 305-940-8080 for an appointment.
