Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I am being sued for foreclosure and sale date has not been set as of yet. I filed bankruptcy and it was discharged July 2012, surrendered property in BK. All my debts were discharged in Bankruptcy. I am aware my HOA fees I am personally liable for post bankruptcy, but am I personally liable for the association's legal fees post bankruptcy since the only legals fees are still from the foreclosure case which all debts were discharged?

One would need to see all of the relevant documents in order to answer this question. Post bkr fees are not discharged in the bankruptcy
