Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
being sued for non payment of loan
I amin financial trouble and have neglected paying on a loan. The company has issued a lawsuit that requires me to go to court. Since I have never been summoned to go to court for not paying a bill, if I dont go to court will I go to jail.
