Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Hi, I have surrendered my home through bankruptcy and recently received court papers that says "Readiness for Non-Jury Trial"and a week later received court papers with a date set for "Non-Jury Trial to be held in front of a foreclosure Judge. What does this mean and what happens next? Thank you.

It means that the bank is proceeding against the real estate only. The bank seeks what is known as an in rem judgment, not an in personam one.
