Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Tax refund questions.
I am contemplating filing bankruptcy next year, probably a month or two after I receive my tax refund, can they take it if I do not place it in the bank?
Also I have 2 small savings accounts, one is 300.00 and one is 400.00, should I keep them?
