Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
My vehicle was included in my Bankruptcy but,
My vehicle was included in my Bankruptcy but, they never picked it up and my case was dicharged on the 4th of May. How do I get the title to my vehicle? Please any help you can give me would be great.

Although you received a discharge, the secured creditor is still entitled to its security. The discharge applies to the payment obligation.
