Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I still have my vehicle, but it is technically repossessed, but no one has come to take it and it's been 10 months. i'm filing bankruptcy chapter 13. will i have to surrender my vehicle?

The vehicle isn't repossessed if you still have it. When you file Chapter 13, unless you want to keep making payments, you will be ordered to make arrangements to surrender the car.
