Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Veterans ans Social Security Diasbility Benefits
I am a 100% disabled veteran. My only income is fron the VA and SS. I have many debits that were incurred a few years ago including auto repossessions and many consumer credit charge offs. The VA finally got on the ball and My income now is good. If I file for bankruptcy can the court deny it because of my income. I know that my income is exempt.

If your income is exempt, then filing will have no effect on it. I suggest, that prior to filing, you consult with competent bankruptcy counsel.
