Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Violation of Bankruptcy codes in Florida

my husband and i received a subpoena to appear in court for a balanced that was left on a repossession. At that time we proved that we did not have the funds to pay the loan balance. We filed bankruptcy in Nov 1997 and received our discharge in May 1998. We never heard anything from the creditor(bank until just recently we received subpoenaa to appear in court again. It was rather embarassing considering the day I received the subpoenas I guests at my house. Did this creditor violate bankruptcy codes?

Re: Violation of Bkcy codes in Fla

There may have been a violation of the terms of your discharge by the creditor as well as a violation of other Federal Law. I suggest you call me for an appointment. The first 20 minutes is without obligation. My voice # is 305-940-8080.
