Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Voluntary Discharge of Ch 13 BK by paying off the plan
Can a Debtor who has filed a Ch. 13 plan, before confirmation, but after the creditors' deadline to object to the plan, borrow money from relatives to pay off the plan completely? If so, will it be paid in accordance with the plan? (There is an agreed order as to valuation.)

I suggest you wait to pay until after the plan is confirmed. If you have counsel, consult with your attorney and follow that advice.
