Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Voluntary Request for Dismissal of Bankruptcy Petition
I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in January, 1998. After my filing new information became available to me that made my need to file change. I therefore submitted a Voluntary Withdrawal of my petition. I received a Final Order Dismissing Case with prejudice against filing another case within 180 days. My situation has drastically changed since then. I had to retire from work and I receive Social Security Disability. My retirement from work was rolled over into a 401K, and was depleted due the stock market and monthly expenses. Am I able to file for Chapter 7 at this time.
