wage garnishment and bankruptcy
I had a auto lease repossesed.Can the leasing company garnish my wages to collect the remaining monies due in the lease agreement? If so will bankruptcy help me?

As a general rule the leasing company can garnish non-exempt assets and wages. Bankruptcy will stop the garnishment but like any legal process you need to be informed before doing it.
