Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
My Wife and I are divorced and I gave her everything in the divorce. All I took was the car and the cloths on my back. She has now informed me that she is claiming bankruptcy. How will this affect me?

It does not, unless you are a joint debtor on things (like credit cards, mortgages, etcetera).
