Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
My wife and I filed Chp. 13 bankruptcy in FL over a year ago, but after reading the paperwork closer the other day, it appears that we cannot buy or sell a house or car until we finish paying the trustee off in 4 years........can this really be????

I'm not sure what paperwork you are reading but this restriction sounds about right. If you want to buy a house or buy a car you must ask for the Trustee's permission. To be certain, you should consult with the attorney who represented you in your bankruptcy case.
