I own 50% of company and havr 2 partners that own25% each what executive power do I hold to elemenate partnership

Your authority to make such changes depends on any shareholders or other
agreement you have with your partners. If there is no such agreement, you
can work with another or both partners to make whatever changes are
desired. If you are opposed by both other parties so there is a 50% - 50%
standoff, you have a problem is resolving anything, but you could still
sell your share to others, start a new company, and other options, depending
on your agreement with the partners. Litigation is not advised based on the
facts described. We are not certain what your objective is in "eliminate partnership."
