Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have $20,000.00 deposit with the landlord in my restaurant in Miami, I'm 4 months late, if I get an eviction notice, and the landlord takes me to court, and the court rules i have to leave, can I still sell the place after i'm out?, if yes for how long. If I hire a layer can he delay the procces?

It is important you act now because as you said you still own the lease and the business but if you are evicted you do not have much to sell.(o)If you need help call me or send me an e-mail quickly.

No, you cannot still sell the lease after foreclosure. See a lawyer immediately.
