100% employee owned company
In a 100% employee owned company, shouldn't employees (shareholders) be able to vote on matters important to the company, including who is on the board of directors.

The shareholdes each year meet to elect the board of directotrs. The board typically appoints the officers, who make day to day decisions about the company,
