Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am a 50-50 partner in a holding company which owns a $7 million heating cooling company that we both own 50-50 also. Our partnership has gone on for about five years and has become stressed. He takes care of all the legal side of the business insurance taxes licensing which is all done through the holding company he is the one that takes care of all of it he is asked me to resign as manager of that company leaving him the sole manager. Can this put me in any danger now are in the future giving up that position?
