can i get 2 persons(shared) durable power of attorney? my sister lives in same state as my parents and i live in another state but will help with decisions as wished by my mom

Yes you can give a DPOA to multiple people at the same time. You can also provide that only one agent signature is required, a majority of agents (if you have let say 3 named) or all agent signatures are required to be used.
As a Franchise Attorney I agree entirely with the other attorney answer. You and your sister can be listed on the power of attorney. You need to decide whether both of your signatures are required, or only one. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
