can i get 2 persons(shared) durable power of attorney? my sister lives in same state as my parents and i live in another state but will help with decisions as wished by my mom

Yes you can give a DPOA to multiple people at the same time. You can also provide that only one agent signature is required, a majority of agents (if you have let say 3 named) or all agent signatures are required to be used.
