Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I had 2 outside review mirrors replaced on my car on 8/25/11. I was given a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Now the mirror on the driver's side is making a rattling noise. I believe this may be able to be fixed by tightening something up. If not it would need to be replaced I think. It is only 11 days until the 1 year warranty will expire. Is the shop still bound to fix it under the terms of the warranty with just over a week until the warranty is set to expire?
