1120s corpoaration

When the 2009 form 1120s will be coming out I need to file it soon please respond to my Q.

Form 1120S for the 2008 tax year is already available. You can download it from IRS.gov or you can pick up a copy at your local library. The form is due on March 15, however, corporations are entitled to an automatic, six-month, free extension.
