Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

In 2006 I started an LLC. I closed it down in late 2007. I filed the notice to quit, but did not file an annual report. I am now buying a business in operation, which has been in business for 25 yrs. I need an LLC again for this business, due to I will not be acquiring the LLC it is operating under. It will cost $1650 to reopen the Admin Dissolved LLC from 2007. I will need to get a small amount of funding for operating , due to I will be paying cash for the business. Is it better to open a New LLC or reinstate the old LLC for financing purposes... The old LLC was actually never used or had an EIN number attached.

You should open a new LLC. It will be cheaper in the long run.
