Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am 15 (will be 16 in May) and I am seeking to open a corporation with a 16 year old. The company will act as an umbrella for a social media website we are building. We are both located near Orlando, FL. What should we do to make this happen?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. You will need to associate with someone who is not a minor, like both of you are. Minors cannot enter into legally binding contracts, etc. So you will need to find someone of legal age who can act on your behalf. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
