Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My 87 year old mother in law leased a dodge avenger 3 months ago. She has fallen down and broken her back and can no longer drive the car per doctors orders. Can she get out of the remaining 33 months on the lease legally?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. The only way to break the lease is by following the termination procedure (if any) specified in the lease. Very unlikely it would list the physical incapacity as a grounds to cancel. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
