Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Access to business
I have an employee that I terminated and as he left said he was going to sue us. We are a dance studio so he came to the dance party last week. Can I legally deny him access? I am not sure but during the evening he danced with some of our ladies so he might have been soliciting for himself but I can't prove that.

Re: Access to business
Sure. Just tell him that he is no longer welcome on the premises.

You may even be able to go so far as to have a Trespass Order issued to him.
