Adding Personal Assests to and LLC
Hello, I--name removed--looking into starting--name removed--LLC and had the following questions. How do I convert my personal equipment to that of the LLC. (i.e. Computers, Software, Equipment etc.)
Secondly. What is the best way to convert items such--name removed--cell phone accounts etc. to business items.

Just transfer the items to the LLC. For the things that you have mentioned, just do it as a capital contribution to the LLC.
