Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
What would be the advantage in having a work van registered in the business name other than personal name if the only one that drives it is the business owner? It is now in business name thinking about switching to personal to save on insurance.

You won't save money. If you get a personal policy, it will not cover you when the car is used for your business. Read your policy.
