Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Advertising on the side of an 18 wheeler (liability)
Dear Sir/Madam,
If I put my companys logo on the side of an 18 wheeler that is owned by another company and the 18 wheeler is involved in an accident, can the victims sue my company also?
And if the answer is yes, would it make any difference if somewhere, close to the logo, the word Advertisement is displayed to indicate that the truck is not owned by my company?
Thank you very much.

You would have no liability for the advertisement alone.
