I had an agreement with a businessmen to look for customers interested in diesel.
when I find the customer he refused to do the deal?
I am thinking about suing for lost oportunity??

You can probably sue if you have a written contract with the businessman. If not, you still may be able to sue based on the fact that you took action and found a customer based on the businessman's assertions. You should speak with an attorney and explain your entire situation.
