Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Agreement
I'm entering a business agreement where investors will have produced in the orient an item similar to one that I have currently made for me by artisans in South America. This item can't, apparently, be copyrighted. I need a document that preserves my interests as to the items to be produced in the orient.
