Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
amending by laws
we have no rules concerning how to amend. We have to go by roberts rules which seem to be confusing.
We have 18 members in our group. we meet once a month. do we need a majority vote to amend or a 2/3 vote to amend

Re: amending by laws
This is normally found in the bylaws. If the bylaws are silent, then you require a majority.
