Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
We are an American corporation that did work in the Bahamas. We received a down 50% down payment with the rest to be paid upon completion of the project per our proposal. The work was
completed and we were told the final check would be overnited to us. This has not been done and no one is returning calls. What is our rights in this situation?

You will have to seek a remedy in the Bahamas, unless the defendant has a US office.
