Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I apologize but my question is a bit involved
If an internet business trade portal incorporated in the USA allows a company to advertise on a business portal and the portal has listed them as a cleared investigated company and this cleared investigated company has misrepresented themselves does the business trade portal have any legal liability.
