Attorney that performed legal Malpractice
I hired an attorney to represent me on a case that i should have won, but because this Attorney was party to illegal actions of his own he didn't focus on my case at all, I was billed, he was arrested I lost my case because of his inadaqucies, What do I do?

Being inadequate does not necessarily mean malpractice. You will have to 1.prove you should have won the underlying case and 2. He was careless.

You can sue him, of course, but crimminals rarely have insurance or much in the way of assets.
